水平井酸化数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Horizontal Well Acidizing
【摘要】 对水平井进行酸化是提高其产能的重要途径之一。在水平井的酸化过程中,酸液一方面沿水平井筒流动,同时还沿井筒管壁流向井筒周围的储层,所以酸化过程实际上是井筒变质量流动和周围油藏渗流的耦合过程。对水平井筒流动及其周围储层的渗流进行了流动分析,建立了井筒流动模型、流动剖面模型和油藏渗流模型。将这些模型进行耦合,得到了描述水平井酸化过程的耦合模型。通过对模型数值求解,预测了注入酸的分布,分析了注入参数对酸化效果的影响,为选择合理的布酸方式提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 The horizontal well acidizing is one of the important ways to increase its capacity. In the process of acidizing of horizontal wells,acid fluid flow along the horizontal wellbore,but also flow into the reservoir around wellbore through wall,so the acidizing process is actually the coupling process variable mass flow in wellbore and the surrounding reservoir. The acid fluid flow along wellbore and seepage flow of reservoir around wellbore around are analysed. The wellbore flow model,the flow profile model and reservoir model are established. The coupling model of horizontal well acidizing process is got by coupling these models. Based on the numerical model,the distribution of acid injection is predicted,effect of injection parameters on the acidizing effect. A theoretical basis for the reasonable selection of distribution acid is provided.
