直接沉淀法制备Pr6O11纳米材料及其表征
Prepared by Direct Precipitation and Characterization of Praseodymium Oxide Nano-materials
【摘要】 研究了直接沉淀法合成纳米结构氧化镨(Pr6O11)的相关工艺参数。通过控制沉淀反应过程中各工艺参数,可制备出组成分布较均匀、良好热稳定性的氧化镨纳米材料。实验结果表明:焙烧反应温度和焙烧反应时间是影响氧化镨粒度和晶型的主要因素。
【Abstract】 Praseodymium oxide( Pr6O11) as a rare-earth functional materials,has been widely applied to the catalyst,ceramic pigments,oxygen storage materials,high-conductivity materials in many areas. The relevant process parameters of the direct synthesis been have studies which make the nano-structure of praseodymium oxide.By controlling the reaction during the deposition process parameters,the praseodymium oxide of good thermal stability be can maken. The experimental results show that: calcination temperature and calcination reaction time are the main factors that affect the nano-structure of praseodymium oxide.
