平流热压缩多效蒸发浓缩高含盐废水的热性能分析
Analysis of Thermal Properties on Parallel Feed MED-TVC Concentrating High-salinity Wastewater
【摘要】 基于系统的物料和能量平衡,建立了蒸汽热力压缩器与平流多效蒸发器耦合技术(PP MED-TVC)浓缩石化企业含盐废水的热力计算模型。分析了效数对平流多效蒸发(PF MED)性能的影响,比较了四种不同进料方式MED的热性能,并对TVC最优抽汽位置进行了优化。结果表明,效数对系统的热力性能有显著影响;通过对四种MED系统的比较,TVC的加入能显著提高系统的造水比(GOR)和降低蒸发器总换热面积;根据GOR和蒸发器总换热面积,设置最优的TVC抽汽位置,MEDTVC的性能可有很大的提高。
【Abstract】 A mathematical model of parallel feed multi-effect desalination with thermal vapor compression( PF MED-TVC) was developed based on the energy and mass balance. The influences of effect numbers on performance of PF MED were investigated,the thermal properties of different feed arrangement MED were compared and the installation position of TVC was optimized. The results indicated that effect numbers had a significant impact on the performance of PF MED. PP MED-TVC system had the better performance due to higher gained output ratio( GOR) and lower total heat transfer areas in comparison with others. If the installation position of TVC was used suitably by GOR and total heat transfer areas,the energy efficiency of MED-TVC could be enhanced greatly.
