【摘要】 回顾并分析了有关技术联盟治理的相关研究成果,通过对以往国内外研究相关问题过程中出现的不同理论,分析了技术联盟的运行机制、评估机制,并明确了调整反馈机制后认为,技术创新联盟治理需要从系统综合角度出发,将整个技术联盟看作一个大的系统,而技术创新联盟的运行体系、绩效评估体系和调整反馈是作为系统内部的子系统存在并发挥其动力作用,因此最终整合并构建了由技术联盟事前风险评估体系、绩效评估体系,技术创新联盟运作制度和调整体系构成的创新联盟治理理论框架。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study reviewed and analyzed those theories related to technology alliance governance,and analyzed the alliance’s operation system through literature review and research.The study show that the governance of technology alliance need to be seen as a big system,it includes running system,performance evaluation,adjustment feedback system,it also has its own functions as a sub-system of the big system.Finally,the study integrated and structured a framework of the risk evaluation system,performance system,technology alliance running mechanism and adjustment system for the governance of technology alliance.更多还原
