【摘要】 基于改造传统农业的视角,通过对技术进步经济内涵的分析,解读了多元化推广体系中各主体的动机问题。并依据内生外部性理论,分析了我国农技推广多元化参与体系优化的可能性。家庭农场、生产大户、合作社、企业等新型经营主体的发展,打破了技术推广体系的原有格局,市场机制丰富了人力资本投资的方式。农技推广不应仅仅局限于自身体系的建设,战略调整存在较大空间。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the perspective of Transforming Traditional Agriculture,the participants’ motivation in the diversified agricultural technique extension systems is unscrambled,by which analysis of the economic connotation of technological progress.According to the endogenous externality theory,the possibility of optimizing pluralistic agricultural technique extension systems was discussed in this paper.The study shows:the development of new management entities such as family farms,major producers,cooperatives,and enterprises,breaks the original pattern of agricultural technique extension system;market mechanism enriches the ways of human capital investment.In conclusion,agricultural technique extension should not only limit with the construction of its own system,but also pay attention to the strategic adjustment.更多还原
