【摘要】 在简述了国内外科技期刊学术论文出版时滞及优先网络出版状况基础上,通过对图情类17种核心期刊中409篇论文的统计数据与作者期望数据的符合度分析,得出76.5%的刊物不能满足98.2%的作者期望,同时分析了优先网络出版的技术条件与瓶颈,提出了优先网络出版的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the academic papers of domestic and foreign scientific and technological publishing delay and priority network status based on published,by coincidence degree analysis of statistical data of LIS 17 core journals in 409 papers and the authors expect data,obtained 76.5%journals can not meet the 98.2% author expectations,at the same time analyses technology conditions to the priority of network publishing with the bottleneck,and puts forward some countermeasures for the priority of network publishing.更多还原
