【Abstract】 Maintain rural land contracting relationship and keep it"unchanged for a long-term"is the basic direction of deepening the reform to the rural land contracting management system.The specific connotation and the realization form of"unchanged for a long-term"is urgently need to further clarify.All rights and obligations which come from existing land contracting relationship keep "unchaged for a long-term",what involes the system of rural land contracting and management "unchanged for a long time"and the longer contracting terms,more fully and guaranteed rights,more specific obligations,and unaltered land.The period can be setted as 70 years.We should start this with a fair and impartial point,respect history and tradition,follow the law and regulation,and acheive the general acceptance by farmers.更多还原
