【摘要】 采用探索性空间数据分析了浙江省71县域2003—2012年创新空间差异及其时空演变,并使用空间计量模型分析了区域创新影响因素,结果发现:县域创新空间分布呈两极分化、双创新核心格局,对创新水平高的地区,人才投入、知识溢出、FDI技术扩散等因素对区域创新的作用更加明显,科技经费投入的效用则不显著,而对于创新水平低的地区,情况则正好相反。文章研究结论对于不同创新水平地区制定相应的政策具有一定的启示意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper analyzes the spatial diffusion and space-time evolution of regional innovation of 71 counties in Zhejiang province from 2003 to 2012 by adopting exploratory spatial data,and using spatial econometric model analyzes the factors of regional innovation. The results show that diffusion of regional innovation of the counties is polarized and the dual-core pattern is significant. The human resource,knowledge spillover and technology spillover of FDI have positive impact on regional innovation in the high-level of innovation areas,while the scientific funds do not. However,the situations are opposite in the low-level of innovation areas. The conclusions of the paper are meaningful to make more suitable policies for the counties which are at different levels of innovation.更多还原
