滤筒阻力分析及优化

【摘要】 滤筒结构与其他类型的过滤器有很大不同,因结构造成的阻力更加突出。通过实验测得滤筒及其滤材的实际阻力值,以此为依据建立了滤筒过滤器阻力模型,并进行数值模拟,发现滤材阻力和出风阻力是滤筒阻力的主要来源,滤材阻力增大可以一定程度减少滤筒结构阻力,在相同条件下,出口尺寸大、前段尺寸小的锥型滤筒较圆型滤筒阻力更低。

【Abstract】 Compared with other types of filters, the cartridge filter’s resistance resulted from structures is relatively higher.A three-dimensional quasi stationary flow model was used to predict pressure drops as a function of a sample’s size and air volume based on laboratory experiments. The result showed that media and outlet structure were the major factors for pressure drop of a cartridge filter. With increase of filter media pressure drop, the ratio of structure part would reduce to a certain extent. In the same conditions, the resistance of cone filter was much lower than that of cylinder filter.
