【Abstract】 National Teacher Certification Examination is one of the reform program identified in The National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan Outline(2010-2020). The examination involves paper-pencil test and interview test. This paper describes the interview assessment objectives, question types and structure, proposes the basic operating standards on how to develop interview items for a trial and how to develop displaying items and essay questions,how to handle the relationship between paper-pencil test and interview test has been put forward as well.更多还原
