【摘要】 模拟法庭作为实践教学的重要环节,在法学实践教学中彰显了其独特的功能,一定程度激发了学生的竞争意识、团队意识和协作意识,培养了学生的法律思维,提高了学生的综合素质,然而此种实践教学方法仅拘泥于固有功能的发挥,而忽视了对其功能的延伸.因此,本文基于对传统模拟法庭实践教学功能的梳理和分析,欲构筑新的模拟法庭实践教学体系,旨在全面提升学生法学实践能力,提高法律人才培养质量,培养适应社会主义法治国家建设需要的卓越型法律人才.更多还原

【Abstract】 Being an important link of practical teaching, analogue court has displayed its unique functions,which includes inspiring students’ competitive consciousness and teamwork spirits, raising students’ legal thinking, and developing students’ comprehensive qualities. However, the additional analogue court mode confines itself to develop its inherent functions, and ignores its extensive functions.Therefore, by analyzing the practical teaching functions of additional analogue court, the thesis is aiming for new practical teaching system on analogue court. Furthermore, under the guidance of the theory, we could improve students’ ability to legal practice, raise the cultivating quality of legal profession, and train qualified legal people to meet our socialism country ruled of law.更多还原
