空心柱窝焊接固定方式对应力分布的影响
Influence of welding and fixing mode of hollow column nest on stress distribution
【摘要】 液压支架柱窝的焊接固定方式决定了柱窝的受力状态和使用性能。对柱窝3种焊接固定方法进行建模,根据固定位置确定有限元分析的约束条件,并确定柱窝中心的受力区域和弧面载荷的加载方法,计算出柱窝受力区域的应力分布。结果表明,在同等载荷的作用下,接触线四周焊接固定方式和利用弯盖板加强柱窝侧面的焊接固定方式作用效果相同,侧肋板焊接固定方式显著提高了构件的承载强度。
【Abstract】 The welding and fixing mode of the column nest of the hydraulic support determines the stress state and employment performance of the column nest. Three kinds of welding and fixing modes of the column nest were modeled, and constraint conditions for FEA were determined according to fixed location. In addition, the stress zone in the center of the column nest and the loading method of arc-surfaced loads were identified, and the stress distribution within the stress zone of the column nest was calculated. The results showed: at the same load, the effects of the contact line welding and fixing mode was the same as that of the mode of reinforcing the lateral side of the column nest by using bent cover, and the side rib welding and fixing mode enhanced the carrying strength of the hydraulic support.
