新型立式磨粉机结构和性能的分析与研究

【摘要】 介绍了一种新型立式磨粉机的结构和工作原理,并从6辊共磨、锥形轮胎式工作腔及安全保护系统3个方面详细分析了该立式磨粉机的性能特点,同时详细阐述了耐磨部件的快速更换方式。本研究成果已投入实际生产,并取得了良好的效果,具有产量高、振动小、耐磨件更换快等特点,同时也为同类磨粉机的设计和改进提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 After introducing the structure and the working principle of a new-type vertical mill, the paper analyzed its performance from co-grinding of six rollers, conical tire-typed working chamber and safety protection system, and narrated the rapid replacement mode of worn parts. The vertical mill has been put into actual production, excellent results were achieved. It was characterized by high output, slight vibration and rapid replacement of worn parts, which offered theoretical reference for the design and the improvement of the same type of mill.
