煤炭自燃防治气动隔膜泵局部灌浆技术研究及应用

【摘要】 气动隔膜泵采用压风作为动力,最大出口压力可达70 k Pa,是用于解决煤矿井下非电力局部灌浆压力不足问题的理想输送机械。根据现场使用要求,确定了局部灌浆用气动隔膜泵的选型,计算了泵吸浆口连接管路的长度。现场使用情况表明:气动隔膜泵局部灌浆系统经济、轻便、耐用,且具有良好的压力和流量控制特性,可广泛用于煤矿井下无法实施系统灌浆,或不能使用电力进行局部灌浆的煤炭自燃防治。

【Abstract】 The pneumatic diaphragm pump takes compressed wind as power, and its maximum outlet pressure reaches 70 k Pa. It is ideal conveyance equipment to increase non-powered local grouting pressure in underground colliery. According to field operation demand, the pneumatic diaphragm pump for local grouting was sized, and the length of connection pipeline at suction port of the pump was calculated. Field operation showed the local grouting system with pneumatic diaphragm pump was economical, light in weight and durable, and characterized by excellent pressure and flow control. It could be widely applied to the underground colliery where system grouting or powered local grouting failed to apply, so as to prevent coal spontaneous combustion.
