通风机用高效节能防爆电动机研究
Research on efficient energy-saving explosion-proof motor used for fan
【摘要】 改进了电动机的机械结构、通风降温系统、电气防爆隔爆结构和电磁方案的设计原则,充分利用薄绝缘技术,并将非电气防爆理论和低噪声设计方法应用于电动机的研究。通过研究和试验,成功研制了风机用高压防爆高效节能三相异步电动机,新电动机不仅效率高并且结构先进可靠、使用安全、维护方便,有较好的社会和经济效益。
【Abstract】 The design principles of the mechanical structure, ventilation and cooling system, electric explosionproof and explosion-isolation structure and electromagnetic plan for the motor were improved. Thin insulation technology, non-electric explosion-proof theory and low-noise design method were fully applied to studying the motor. After study and test, an efficient high-pressure explosion-proof energy-saving three-phase asynchronous motor used for the fan was developed. The motor was characterized by high efficiency, advanced and reliable structure, safe operation and convenient maintenance, it possessed considerable social and economic benefit.
