半移动式破碎站整体结构模态分析

【摘要】 为了准确把握半移动式破碎站整体结构的振型及固有频率,以便在设计之初就能够通盘考虑,按照规范对中信重工某型号半移动式破碎站主体钢结构进行了整体结构建模和模态分析,计算了破碎站在相同工况及质量分布条件下各阶固有频率、振型以及幅值情况。通过对不同方案破碎站振动特性进行分析,最终指导设计,很好地避开了共振频率。

【Abstract】 To accurately grasp the vibration mode and the natural frequency of the overall structure of the semi-mobile crushing station, so as to take into full account at the beginning of the design, the paper conducted overall structural modeling and modal analysis on the main-frame steel structure of a semi-mobile crushing station produced by CITIC Heavy Industries according to specification, and calculated the natural frequency, vibration mode and amplitude of each order of the crushing station at the same working mode and mass distribution. Analysis results of vibration characteristics of various-schemed crushing stations were applied to guiding the design so as to avoid resonance frequency.
