【摘要】 目的 :探讨股前外侧肌皮瓣在修复舌癌术后缺损中的个性化应用价值。方法 :对50例舌癌患者在原发灶切除术均用股前外侧皮瓣进行舌体缺损和舌体形态重建,并进行术后随访评价舌体功能恢复情况。结果:修复后舌体运动良好,患者的吞咽及言语功能较满意。结论:针对不同舌缺损及患者的个体差异行的股前外侧肌皮瓣功能性重建,手术可操作性强,术式相对简单,符合舌的解剖生理特点,术后舌的功能恢复比较满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the clinical value of anterolateral thigh(ALT) flap in the individualized reconstruction of tongue defects. Methods: 50 patients with tongue carcinoma, after excision of the primary tumor, ALT flaps were used to restore the tongue defect. Recovery of tongue functions were assessed. Results: The tongue moved well and the swallow and speech function of patients with satisfaction. Conclusion: ALT flap operation is relatively simple and recovery of tongue functions are almost completely.更多还原
