【摘要】 目的探讨p120ctn(p120连环蛋白)在皮肤基底细胞癌组织中的表达及意义.方法采用免疫组化SP法检测p120ctn在30例皮肤基底细胞癌和10例正常皮肤组织中的表达.结果正常皮肤p120ctn细胞膜着色,呈线状强表达.BCC中细胞膜表达较弱,2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),少数细胞浆内表达.结论p120ctn异常表达在基底细胞癌发生发展中可能起作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate expression of p120 ctn in basal cell carcinoma(BCC) and it’s significance.Methods Tissue samples were obtained from 30 patients with BCC and 10 normal individuals. The expression of p120 ctn was detected by immunohistochemical SP method in the samples. Results Linear strong expression of p120 ctn was observed in the cytomembrane of the normal samples. Reduced expression of p120 ctn in BCC was observed. The difference in expression of p120 ctn was significant between BCC and normal skin(P<0.005). Expression of p120 ctn was also observed in the cytoplasm of few cases of BCC. Conclusion The abnormal expression of p120 ctn may play an important role in carcinogenesis and progression of BCC.更多还原
