麦秸基生物降解材料力学性能及成型工艺参数优化
Mechanical Properties of Biodegradable Materials Manufactured by Wheat Straw and Its Forming Process
【摘要】 以小麦秸秆为主要成分,以玉米淀粉为胶粘剂制备生物降解材料,利用二次旋转正交组合试验设计方法进行四因素(物料含水率、模具温度、模压压力、保压时间)五水平正交试验,研究了各因素对试样拉伸强度、弯曲弹性模量、弯曲强度等力学性能影响规律,并运用模糊综合评判法通过频数选优进行了系统参数的优化组合.结果表明,当模具温度为124.3~131.7℃,物料含水率为47.3%~54.5%,模压压力为63.3~74.2 k N,保压时间为3.78~4.73 min时,可以获得较高拉伸强度、弯曲强度及弯曲弹性模量的试样.
【Abstract】 Biodegradable materials are prepared from wheat straw as the main raw material and corn starch as the adhesive by four- factors and five- level quadratic orthogonal rotary experimental design. The four factors are moisture content of materials,mold temperature,molding pressure and dwell time. The effect of various factors on the mechanical properties such as the sample tensile strength,modulus of elasticity and bending strength is studied. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to optimize the system parameters by the selection of the frequency number. The results show that when the mold temperature is optimal at 124. 3 ~ 131. 7 ℃,material moisture content 47. 3% ~ 54. 5%,the compression pressure 63. 3 ~ 74. 2 k N and dwell time 3. 78 ~ 4. 73 min,the tensile strength,the flexural strength and the bending modulus of elasticity are better.
