【摘要】 项目投资决策具有信息不完全直觉模糊特性,决策者通常不完全清楚投资方案多属性的精确偏好信息,进而表现出一定的犹豫度,困扰决策者做出最合理的决策.为此,本文将直觉模糊和TOPSIS法结合,建立正、负理想解的加权相对贴近度非线性规划模型,解出属性的权重向量,计算出各方案与理想解的加权相对贴近度,进而对项目投资方案进行排序,为项目投资决策者提供支持.更多还原

【Abstract】 Project investment decision-making deals with uncertainty due to incomplete information. Intuitionistic fuzzy and TOPSIS are combined for the merits of the projects investment decision-making. The main purpose is to establish a weighted relative nearness linear programming model of alternative programs with the positive and negative ideal solution for solving attributes’ weight vector and the weighted relative nearness.
