构建科学的大型仪器设备管理体系研究
Research on the Construction of Large-scale Instruments and Equipment Management System of Science
【摘要】 围绕提高大型仪器设备的利用率和投资效益,以为人才培养、科学研究和学科建设提供条件保障为目标,深入研究了大型仪器设备的建设规划、技术保障、经费保障、奖惩机制和共享服务平台建设等方面的内容。
【Abstract】 Focusing on improving the utilization ratio and investment returns of large instrument and equipment, to provide guarantee conditions for target of personnel training, scientific research and discipline construction, in-depth study of the large scale equipment construction planning, technical support, funds guarantee, the reward and punishment mechanism and sharing service platform construction content.
