【摘要】 高校科技成果属于一般性国有资产,大部分高校将科技成果转化工作纳入科研工作管理范畴,存在管理关系多头,机构设置重叠交叉,相关制度滞后等弊端,科技成果转化面临着机制、体制的种种制约和困难。文章从国有资产管理的角度,尝试用资产经营管理的理念方法探索解决目前高校科技成果转化存在的问题,为改革提供相关的机构设置、机制完善等思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Scientific and technological achievements of university belong to the general state-owned assets,the majority of the scientific and technological achievements take into working management areas, many disadvantages such as many-headed management relationships, overlapping institutional settings and out-of-time policy are the result of this system obstacles. This article try to use assets management to resolve the current problems of scientific and technological achievements from the perspective of state-owned assets management, in order to supply so many ideas such as institution setting,perfect mechanism for reform.更多还原
