一种辣椒轻斑驳病毒和辣椒斑驳病毒复合侵染的线椒病毒病害分子鉴定

【摘要】 上海奉贤区发生的线椒病害其症状表现为斑驳、花叶,且果实扭曲畸形,严重影响了辣椒的产量和品质。通过电镜病毒粒子观察和RT-PCR检测,确定其毒源为辣椒斑驳病毒(pepper mottle virus,Pep Mo V)和辣椒轻斑驳病毒(pepper mild mottle virus,PMMo V)复合侵染。根据它们的外壳蛋白(coatprotein,CP)核苷酸序列,在Gen Bank上进行BLAST比对,其同源性Pep Mo V为85%~99%,PMMo V为94%~99%。系统进化分析表明,Pep Mo V和PMMo V上海分离物变异均存在一定的地域相关性。这是首次在我国辣椒田间病毒病样中检测到这两种病毒的复合侵染。

【Abstract】 Peppers from Fengxian district in Shanghai showed symptoms of mottle, mosaic on leaves and distortion on fruits, which greatly reduced the yield and quality of pepper. The results of electronic microscope observation and RT-PCR indicated the mixed infection of pepper mottle virus with pepper mild mottle virus. Compared their complete coat protein nucleotides equences on Gen Bank suggested the homology of Pep Mo V- SH is about 85% ~99% and 94% ~99% to PMMo V- SH. Phylogenetic analysis showed the evolutions of PMMo V-SH and Pep Mo V-SH are related to their regional distribution. This is the first report in China about mixed infection of Pepper mild mottle virus with Pepper mottle virus in field.
