【Abstract】 The current rapid development of biological science and technology requires a lot of high-skilled professionals for support. Through education reform of biochemical separation technology, as professional core courses in biology, this paper discusses the general trend of higher vocational curriculum reform and professional teaching reforms, mainly from the teaching content, teaching methods and teaching evaluation, and gets some useful exploration and experience in vocational teaching practice to help improve the quality of teaching and vocational teaching effectiveness.更多还原
