【摘要】 科技查新工作者的业务素质问题,其实一直是有争论的。有人认为一名优秀的查新员应该精通多种学科的专业知识,然而很多人却反对这种看法,认为大一统的全才是不现实的,也是不必要的。本文就此问题展开分析,并提出自己的独到观点,希望能给致力于查新工作的图书馆员们一点启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 The professional quality of Sci-tech novelty retrieval is actually always a controversial issue.Someone thinks that an excellent sci-tech novelty retrieval staff should master all kinds of professional knowledge,but many other people do not agree with this opinion for they believing that a versatile person is not exist in our real life,and being a versatile person is not necessary.The author analyzes about the problem in this paper and presents his own points.This paper aims to serve as inspiration to librarians who devote themselves to sci-tech novelty retrieval.更多还原
