【摘要】 目的:通过对白裤瑶族线粒体DNA D-Loop HVRⅠ区序列碱基的测定,了解其遗传多态性。方法:应用PCR扩增产物及直接测序法,对31名白裤瑶无血缘关系健康个体mt DNA HVRⅠ区进序列检测及分析。结果:与Anderson相应序列比对,白裤瑶群体mt DNA HVRⅠ区发现了88处突变,界定了3种单倍型,基因差异度分别为1.00,偶合概率为0.25。结论:广西白裤瑶线粒体DNA HVRⅠ区多态性有一定的本民族特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to study the genetic polymorphism of mitochondrial DNA in Baiku Yao nationality.Methods:The HVRⅠ region of mt DNA in31 Baiku Yao from Guangxi were detected by PCR and examined by DNA sequencing. Results: Compared to Cambridge reference sequence, 88 polymorphic sites of HVRⅠ were found in Baiku yao mt DNA sequence, 4 haplotypes were defined.The genetic diversity was calculated as 1.00, and the genetic identity was 0.25. Conclusion: The national characteristics of Baiku yao show unique features compared with those of others.更多还原
