【摘要】 新技术对期刊出版的影响是全方位的,对其产生的效应进行理性分析很有必要。文中通过对高校期刊出版现状的分析,指出互联网技术、数字化出版不仅为高校期刊的发展创造了机遇,同时也对期刊的运作模式、期刊的建设,以及编辑培养方面提出了更高的要求。传统出版模式向数字出版模式转化的特殊时期,高校期刊只有准确定位,制定适合自身的发展计划,引导编辑数字化转型,才能扬长避短,在中国期刊界中拥有一席之地。更多还原

【Abstract】 The influence of new technology on the publication of periodicals is a full range,and it is necessary to make rational analysis of the effects of the new technology.
