【摘要】 目的:对近年来国内中医治疗脑梗塞文献研究热点进行分析。方法:采用书目信息共现挖掘系统(BICOMS)和共词双聚类分析,对2010—2014年CNKI数据库收录的相关文献的高频关键词进行了共词聚类分析并描绘聚类关系图。结果:共检出中医治疗脑梗塞相关文献3 534篇,相关高频关键词共58个,共词聚类分析发现高频关键词聚类为7个类别。结论:近年中医治疗脑梗塞的研究热点主要集中在中西医结合治疗、护理、血管性痴呆治疗、康复训练、针灸治疗、中药活血祛淤的治疗7个研究领域。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the TCM treatment of cerebral infarction at home in recent years. Methods:The bibliometric information co-occurrence mining system(BICOMS)and co-word biclustering analysis are used to carry out the co-word clustering analysis on the high-frequency keywords of the related literature collected in CNKI database in the period of 2010—2014 and to describe the clustering relationship diagram. Results:A total of 3 534 related literature about TCM treatment of cerebral infarction are retrieved with 58 high frequency keywords, that are clustered into 7 categories through the co-word clustering analysis. Conclusions:Recently,the research highlights of TCM treatment of cerebral infarction are mainly concentrated in 7 fields including the integrated treatment of Chinese and western medicine,nursing,treatment of vascular dementia,rehabilitation training. acupuncture treatment, and TCM treatment of blood stasis removing.更多还原
