Research on the Network Governance of Technology Transfer of Non-Profit Scientific Research Institutions——a Case Study of the Fraunhofer Gesellschaft in German
The non-profit scientific research institutions have unique status and roles in national governance of science and technology.This paper expounded the network structure and network governance of technology transfer of non-profit scientific research institutions and analyzed the implementation of intellectual property strategy in the whole course of technology transfer based on the example of network governance model of technology transfer of Faunhofer Gesellschaf in German.
