【摘要】 从可持续发展的视角出发,在总结前人研究成果的基础上,总结归纳资源型县域的绿色矿业综合评价指标体系。并运用AHP-EM-TOPSIS集成评价方法对我国河南嵩县2006-2011年绿色矿业建设情况进行综合评价。评价结果表明,当前嵩县的绿色矿业仍处于中等水平,还有较大的发展空间,应当充分发挥资源优势,将其转化为经济优势,完善绿色矿业体系,实现资源、环境、经济和社会的协调发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the accumulation of research achievement for decades,the research in scientists based on scientific history,scientific philosophy,sociology of science and other disciplines has laid an important foundation for the formation of science of scientists. Forming in the intersection of social requirement and the inner development logic of science,science of scientists as a discipline consists of the studies in the definition of scientist,and scientists’ functions,social status,research work,attainment,spirit,evaluation,and cooperation. Discussing and identifying its disciplinary status,analyzing and summarizing its research stratification,attracting scientists and forming research teams are the important issues that should be studied with efforts in the initial stage of this discipline.更多还原
