【摘要】 原创人才作为原始性创新主体,其原创人格更是原始性创新之魂。结合前人研究提出对原创人格内涵的理解,探讨国内外原创人格的研究现状,以大五人格理论为切入点,基于物理学领域对原始性创新有突出贡献的诺贝尔物理学奖获得者、中科院院士、工程院院士进行相关专著和官网个人传记的研究,分析物理学领域原始创新为代表的原创人格,旨在为今后其他领域原创人格结构研究及原创人格塑造提供新启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Talents are the body of original innovation and their personality is the soul of original innovation. Based on previous studies,this paper analyzes the connotation of personality during the process of original innovation,then discusses present situation and issues at home and abroad about personality of original innovation,carries out empirical study on big five personality theory,depends on studies on Nobel Prize winners for outstanding physical contribution,academicians of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Engineering,monographs and related literature or website biography,and finally refines main personality traits on physical original innovation in order to provide new inspirations for other research about personality structure and shape personality of original innovation.更多还原
