基于云计算的医院信息技术平台的构建与研究

【摘要】 从国家新医改方案中能够看到,诸多有关医院管理流程优化、资源整合等改革目标都需要相关科技手段的支撑,因此,信息技术是推进我国卫生医疗机构体制发展的关键。在过去一段时间的实践过程中,充分利用了现代信息技术来辅助医院管理,从信息技术应用的效能来看,不仅能够提升医院各环节管理的效率,降低其运营成本,而且,还有助于社会总体医疗卫生行业服务质量的提升,改善体制内外部所形成的医患关系。本文就基于云计算的医院信息技术平台的构建状况及其核心运作基础框架进行阐述,探究当前以及未来我国医疗机构管理的发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Can see from the national new health-carere form,alot of the hospital management process optimization,resource integration and reform goals all needs the support of related technology,as a result,information technology is the key topromote the development of health me dicalin stitution system in our country.In the pasta period of practice,and make full use of modern information technology to assist in the hospital management,from the perspective of the effectiveness of information technology application,not only improve the efficiency of the hospital management of eachlink,reduce the operating costs,and also help the social over all servic equality has increased,the health-care industry to improve the system formed by the in ternal and external doctor patient relationship.In this paper,the construction of hospital information technology platform based on cloud computingcore operationsituation and elaborates the basic framework,explores the current and future development direction of management of medical institution sinour country.更多还原
