【摘要】 上海行健职业学院学前教育专业自2005年开展"师范教育"和"职业教育"相融合的学前教育专业育人模式的创新与实践活动。专业重新确立了职业院校前教育专业标准,制定人才培养方案。构建"师范教育"和"职业教育"相融合的学前教育专业课程体系和职业素养培育平台。同时,专业形成以学院为主体、区县教育局推动、行业协会指导,托幼机构积极参与的"四维一体"合作育人机制,有效提升人才培养质量,为全国高职学前教育专业人才培养起到引领和示范作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Shanghai Xingjian College Preschool Education Innovation and Practice since 2005 to carry out "teacher education" and "vocational education" the integration of pre-professional education model. Professional re-establish professional standards of education before vocational colleges to develop training program. Construction of "Teacher education" and "vocational education" the integration of preschool education curriculum system and foster professionalism internet.
