学前教育专业育人模式的创新与实践——以上海行健职业学院学前教育专业为例
Innovation and Practice of Preschool Education Professional Education Mode——Take Shanghai Xingjian College Preschool Education Professional as an example
【摘要】 上海行健职业学院学前教育专业自2005年开展"师范教育"和"职业教育"相融合的学前教育专业育人模式的创新与实践活动。专业重新确立了职业院校前教育专业标准,制定人才培养方案。构建"师范教育"和"职业教育"相融合的学前教育专业课程体系和职业素养培育平台。同时,专业形成以学院为主体、区县教育局推动、行业协会指导,托幼机构积极参与的"四维一体"合作育人机制,有效提升人才培养质量,为全国高职学前教育专业人才培养起到引领和示范作用。
【Abstract】 Shanghai Xingjian College Preschool Education Innovation and Practice since 2005 to carry out "teacher education" and "vocational education" the integration of pre-professional education model. Professional re-establish professional standards of education before vocational colleges to develop training program. Construction of "Teacher education" and "vocational education" the integration of preschool education curriculum system and foster professionalism internet. Meanwhile, the Professional Institute as the main form, the county Department of Education to promote the "one dimensional" cooperation mechanism for industry associations to guide education, childcare agencies to participate actively, effectively enhance the quality of personnel training for the National Vocational Training professionals from preschool to leading and exemplary role.
