【摘要】 目的:探讨临床医学专业学位硕士研究生招生复试临床技能考核。方法:选取2012年至2013年报考我校临床医学专业学位硕士并通过复试的研究生为本次的调查对象,进行问卷调查,观察临床医学专业学位硕士研究生在本科阶段的科研及临床能力。结果:应届毕业生从事课题的时间明显多于历届毕业生,不同的生源对于临床能力在管理床位和担任住院总时间等方面存在显著性差别。结论:在医学专业研究生招生工作中,复试所占比重也来越大。复试作为选拔人才的重要考核手段,应强化考生在临床实践能力方面的考核,采用科学正确的考查方式,针对考生的特点,确保生源质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical master’s degree graduate enrollment re-examination of clinical skills assessment. Methods 2012-2013 apply for my school master’s degree in clinical medicine and graduate survey by the re-examination of the present times, questionnaire, observation of clinical research and graduate professional degree in undergraduate clinical ability. Results graduates in the subject was more than time graduates, students of different ability for clinical significant differences exist in the management of beds and served as chief resident time. Conclusion graduate enrollment in medical work, but also to the greater proportion of re-examination. Re-examination as an important means of selection of personnel evaluation, assessment of candidates should be strengthened in terms of ability of clinical practice, the use of scientifically correct way to test for the characteristics of the candidates, to ensure the quality of students.更多还原
