基于UG三维设计的自主式数控加工实践教学模式

【摘要】 文章提出了以UG软件为依托,以提高学习自主性为目的,自由设计、自主加工一体化的层次式教学实践模式。介绍了教学模式包含内容及各个方面具体实施方法,分别为:(1)以工艺为主线;(2)自由设计、自主加工;(3)紧贴工程实际;(4)多层次、多方位教学。四年多的教学实践结果表明,该教学模式有效调动了学生的创新热情,对大学生创新思维的培养、动手实践能力的提高奠定了重要作用,有效促进当前实践教学水平的提升。

【Abstract】 Use the UG software as the basis, increase the learning autonomy as the purpose, proposed a design liberty, processing autonomy integration hierarchical teaching practice model. Its content and its implementation methods are given, including:(1) processing technology as the teaching main line,(2) design freedom and process autonomy,(3) according to real engineering,(4) multi-level, multi-faceted teaching. More than four years of teaching practical results show that the model can mobilize the students’ creative enthusiasm effectively, and it plays an important role in training students’ creative thinking,improving the practice ability, also, promoted the level of current practice teaching.
