消防工程专业创新本科人才培养体系研究

【摘要】 为培养宽基础、强能力、高素质,具有创新精神和实践动手能力的消防工程专业人才,在十几年消防工程专业教学和实践工作基础上,结合毕业生及用人单位的反馈意见,提出消防工程专业本科培养方案采用5+3模式。针对毕业生在实际工作中存在实践动手创新能力较弱的问题,提出改变传统的教学模式,将注入式教学转变为启发式、交互式教学,注重启发学生思维。此外通过推行教授课程负责制,革新课程教学内容,改进实验课教学模式、加强实习和进行针对性的毕业设计等实践动手环节,构建完善的消防工程专业创新本科人才培养体系,培养学生独立分析问题、解决问题和实践动手能力以及创新意识。

【Abstract】 In order to cultivate fire engineering professionals with a broad base, good ability, high-quality,innovative ideas and practical ability, 5+3 training program of fire fighting engineering is put forward based on more than ten years of teaching, practical work and comments of the graduates and unit. Aiming at the poor practical innovation ability of the graduates, the traditional teaching mode is changed, the "Pouring in" type of teaching is transformed into heuristic interactive teaching, we pay attention to inspire students’ thinking. The professor Courses responsibility system is introduced and the teaching content is reformed. The experimental teaching mode improved, the practice and directing graduating design is strengthened. A talent training system is built to cultivate students to analyze problems, solve problems and have access to practical innovation ability independently.
