【摘要】 本文从"创新投入(R&D)—中间产出(专利和市场交易)—最终产出(产值)"3个层面对我国创新系统进行逐一分析。分析结果显示:我国的R&D投入与创新型发达国家尚有一定差距,但这种差距正在快速缩小;专利数量和基础研究成果大幅增加,已远超越同等发展水平的发展中国家;中间产出的最终转化效率不高,限制创新能力的提升,成为整个创新系统的瓶颈。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper gradually analyzes China’s innovation system from "innovation input-intermediate outputfinal output". The results show that there is a certain gap of R&D input between China and developed countries. But the gap is narrowing quickly.The number of patent and basic research increases dramatically which has been far beyond the developing countries on the same level. The inefficiency of intermediate output restricts the promotion of innovation ability,which becomes the bottleneck of innovation system.更多还原
