百草枯急性中毒机制及其治疗的研究进展

【摘要】 百草枯(Paraquat,PQ)又名对草快、一扫光,属联吡啶类除草剂,因其除草效果好,对环境污染小,在世界范围内广泛使用。近年来,百草枯急性中毒(acute paraquat poisoning,APP)频繁发生,APP具有病情凶险,病程进展迅速的临床特点,目前,由于临床上无特效解毒剂,APP的已成为急诊科常见危重症之一。综述百草枯急性中毒机制及其治疗的文献资料,并对其研究进展作了分析。

【Abstract】 Paraquat(PQ) is known as duicaokuai and yisaoguang. It belongs to a class of bipyridine herbicides. Because of its good weeding effect or little pollution to the environment,PQ is widely used in the world. Because of acute paraquat poisoning(APP)’s strong toxicity and no effective antidote,the rates of mortality are also significant. APP has become one of the most common critical diseases in emergency department. This paper reviews about the researches of APP mechanism and treatment in recsent years. The literature of poisoning mechanism and treatment of acute paraquat are also reviewed,and the research progress is analyzed.
