【摘要】 目的通过了解我国慢性非传染性疾病的流行现状,探讨如何在慢性病患者中开展全面深入的药学服务。方法采用内容分析法,结合相关文献进行分析。结果我国慢性病的患病率和死亡率持续上升,危险因素水平居高不下,给居民带来了沉重的疾病负担。结论药师在药学服务过程中应将致病危险因素的宣传融入到对慢性病患者的的药学服务中,时刻关注老年患者的心理变化和用药特殊性,指导患者合理用药,改善用药依从性,制定安全、有效、经济的个体化用药方案,达到提高患者健康水平和生活质量的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss how to carry out in-depth pharmaceutical care in patients with non-communicable diseases by understanding the epidemic situation of non-communicable diseases in China.Methods Using the method of content analysis,combined with literature analysis.Results The morbidity and mortality of chronic disease in China continued to rise,and the high level of risk factors bring a heavy burden to residents.Pharmacists should integrate pathogenic risk factors into pharmaceutical care.Conclusion Pay attention to the psychological changes of the elderly people,guide patients to use drugs rationally,improve medication compliance,develop safe,effective,economic individualized medication,so as to enhance the patients’health level and quality of life.更多还原
