【Abstract】 Flipped classroom,a new teaching mode in America,requires the students to watch teaching videos,learn new knowledge after class and in class mainly consolidate what they have learnt. Due to its flexibility,vividness and appropriateness,teachers would play more roles,such as designers,makers and editors of the teaching videos,organizers of non- traditional teaching activities,leaders and partners of the students and so on.
