尿素控释包衣剂的制备及理化性质研究
Study of Preparation and Physicochemical Properties of Coating Agent for Controlled-Release Urea
【摘要】 以高分子聚合树脂为成膜材料,与乳化剂、增塑剂、色素等助剂配制,制得控释包衣剂用于尿素包衣,以期将普通尿素转变为控释尿素。运用单因素试验和正交试验L9(34)确定各组分最佳用量,并对其理化性质进行测定。研究结果表明,尿素控释包衣剂最佳制备条件为成膜材料树脂用量8%(质量分数,下同)、乳化剂T-80用量1.5%、增塑剂植物油用量2.0%、色素分散艳红用量0.16%、烘烤时间25 min,在此条件下制得的尿素控释包衣剂理化性质良好,适于尿素包衣。
【Abstract】 Using high polymer resin as coating material,and emulsifier,plasticizer and pigment as additives,the controlled release coating agent for coated urea is prepared,which can turn common urea to controlled-release urea. The single factor test and orthogonal test L9( 34) are used to determine the optimum volumes of each component, and their physicochemical properties are determined. Study results show that the optimum preparation condition of coating agent for controlledrelease urea is the volume of coating material resin is 8%( mass fraction,similarly hereinafter),emulsifier T-80 is 1. 5%,plasticizer vegetable oil is 2. 0%,pigment disperse brilliant red is 0. 16%,the baking time is 25 min,the physicochemical properties of coating agent for controlled-release urea made under this condition are good,and is suitable for coated of urea.
