口腔黏膜渗出液检测丙型肝炎抗体(IgG)的方法评价

【摘要】 目的评价口腔黏膜渗出液检测丙型肝炎病毒抗体(Ig G)的敏感性和特异性,及其与血清中丙型肝炎抗体检测试剂的一致性。方法分别取已知丙型肝炎感染者及未感染者,牙周疾病患者、健康志愿者的口腔黏膜渗出液标本,检测丙型肝炎抗体(Ig G)。同时采集上述受检者的血清标本,通过酶联免疫吸附方法试验(ELISA)检测丙型肝炎抗体(Ig G)。结果经研究发现,20例已确诊丙型肝炎感染者口腔黏膜渗出液标本为阳性,其余健康受检者的口腔黏膜渗出液标本均为阴性,口腔黏膜渗出液检测丙型肝炎抗体(Ig G)检测试剂的敏感性为和特异性均为100%,与ELISA检测的一致性为99.5%。结论由于口腔黏膜渗出液标本采集方便且暴露性小,因此在口岸现场检验检疫大量疑似病例或高危人群中实现现场、快速的筛查过程中具有重要的意义。

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study is to evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of oral mucosal transudate( OMT) for the detection of HCV antibody( Ig G) and the consistency with the result of testing reagents for HCV Ig G in serum. Methods The method of this study is to detect HCV Ig G in OMT samples of HCV infected persons,non- infected persons,patients with periodontal disease and healthy volunteers,respectively. Meanwhile,the method of ELISA for detection of HCV Ig G in serum samples of aforementioned subjects is used. Results The results show that( i) 20 OMT samples of HCV infected persons are positive and other OMT samples of the rest healthy subjects are negative,( ii) the sensitivity and specificity of OMT testing reagents are both 100% and the consistency of ELISA testing is 99. 5%. Conclusion Due to convenient collection and low exposure of collecting OMT samples,this method is important for on- site inspection and rapid screening for a large number of suspected cases at the port,or for high risk groups.
