【摘要】 2005年,国家提出建设社会主义新农村战略。2013年,农业部在全国全面开展"美丽乡村"创建活动,将社会主义新农村建设推进到拓展和提升建设内涵的新阶段。反思现时乡村规划的自上而下单向模式及村民参与规划的困境,以重庆市南川区古花乡天池美丽乡村规划建设为例,探索以村民为主体的规划过程模式,倡导规划师以协调者的身份引导村民自建自治,引入以村庄发展需求为导向的行动计划方案,试图为乡村规划建设提供经验及新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The strategy of constructing new socialist countryside was put forward in 2005. In 2013, the Ministry of Agriculture launched a nationwide campaign to create "beautiful countryside" promoting the construction of new socialist countryside to a new phase of connotation expanding and enhancing. Through an overall retrospection of the planning ideas and theories, it is not hard to find that the top-down model of village planning led to the deficiency of villagers’ rights. In this paper we take the planning and construction of Tianchi village as an example, discussing the villager-oriented planning model which proposing planners to guide the villagers self-autonomy and develop action planning based on development needs, providing new way of thinking for village planning and construction.更多还原
