【摘要】 通过对黑龙江省国道京加公路白桦段交通安全状况进行研究,在分别考虑了人、车、路和环境系统对该路段交通安全的影响后,指出驾驶员疲劳驾驶和超速驾驶是白桦段存在的主要安全问题,除此以外还存在严重的路侧干扰、冬季风雪天气干扰和太阳眩光等问题,最终提出了可行的改善措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the research of the traffic safety of Jing-Jia highway( Baihua highway) in Heilongjiang province,consider the impact of people,vehicles,road and environment system,pointing out that the main security problems,in addition to driver fatigue driving and speeding,there are also a serious problems such as road side interference,interference winter weather snow and sun glare problems,and in the end,the paper develops a feasible improvements to the above problems.更多还原
