【Abstract】 A new typical energy supply system of combining district heating, cooling and water supply was introduced,which is named as urban heat capacity water looped system. The idea that energy is transferred between cooling and heating in buildings efficiently and directly, and the idea that water is treated by three levels, and the pipe network form of this system which replaces pipe networks of district heating, cooling and water supply, and the idea of dual water supply which supplies drinking water, tap water, hot water and non-drinking water, were presented.
