【摘要】在总结当前我国进出口商品贸易和对外直接投资因缺乏建立在国家竞争情报层面上的战略预警机制,导致企业出现对外贸易和投资效益不佳、亏损甚至是巨亏等突出问题基础上,以我国正在实施"一带一路"对外开放战略中的"孟中印缅经济走廊"战略预警情报机制构建为例,就如何应用国家竞争情报理论建设与我国国情相适应的区域性国际合作战略预警情报机制进行探讨,并提出了相应的四点实施对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on summarizing a series of questions related to foreign trade and foreign investment of China, the article discusses how to build up mechanism of strategic early warning intelligence by applying theory of National Competitive Intelligence in developing Bangladesh- China-India-Myanmar Economic Corridor(BCIM-EC) of China under "One Belt and One Road" strategy, and puts forward four enforcement countermeasures and suggestions.更多还原
