膨胀珍珠岩-硬泡聚氨酯复合保温材料防火性能研究

【摘要】 膨胀珍珠岩-硬泡聚氨酯复合保温材料作为一种新型外墙外保温材料,测试其防火性能的好坏是极其重要的。本文测试了不同配比的膨胀珍珠岩-硬泡聚氨酯复合保温材料的最大燃烧高度、底部燃烧直径、氧指数以及燃烧热值。通过试验结果分析其防火安全性,确定膨胀珍珠岩和硬泡聚氨酯配比的优选方案,为此种新型复合保温材料的工程应用提供了一定的理论依据。

【Abstract】 As a new exterior insulation material,it is important to test the fireproof performance of expanded perlitehard foam polyurethane composite thermal insulation material.Based on the related standards,different proportions of expanded perlite-hard foam polyurethane composite thermal insulation material maximum combustion height,diameter at the bottom of the combustion value,oxygen index and combustion heat value are tested.By the experimental results,the fire safety program is analyzed and the preferred proportion between expanded perlite and hard foam polyurethane is determined.What ’s more,it also provides some certain basis for the engineering application of the new exterior insulation material.
