小高径比芯样混凝土抗压强度试验研究
Experimental Study on Compressive Strength of Concrete with the Smaller Heightdiameter Ratio Core
【摘要】 本文介绍采用高径比为0.6、0.8芯样检测混凝土抗压强度的试验研究,从混凝土中钻取直径100mm、75mm芯样,加工成高径比分别为0.6、0.8、1.0的芯样,进行抗压强度对比试验。试验证明:采用小高径比芯样检测混凝土抗压强度是可行的,芯样高径比H∶d与芯样抗压强度比β存在显著相关关系,通过大量试验数据回归分析,可确定不同芯样高径比H∶d与芯样抗压强度比β之间换算关系。采用小高径比芯样检测混凝土抗压强度,解决了钢筋过密易切断钢筋、板厚较小不易取芯的问题,同时可减小钻芯法检测对结构的损伤。
【Abstract】 The experiments of concrete compressive strength by small height-diameter core samples test are introduced.The core samples are drilled from concrete with the diameters in 100mm and 75mm respectively,and each sample is processed with the height-diameter ratio in 0.6,0.8 and 1.0.The compressive strength test proves that the method is feasible.The height-diameter ratio and the compressive strength ratio of the samples are significant correlated,and the correlation can be determined in accordance to quantities of experimental data regression analysis.The usage of small height-diameter core samples test protects overcrowding steel from cutting off,solves the problems of thin slab coring,and reduces the damage due to coring.
