【摘要】 世界范围内绿色建筑的发展方兴未艾,绿色建筑评价体系极大地促进了绿色建筑的发展。作为第二代绿色建筑评价体系,德国可持续建筑认证体系(DGNB)拓宽和发展了绿色建筑评价体系。就DGNB在建筑节水、水资源综合利用及水环境改善方面的主要关注点进行了介绍。在建筑水系统方面,DGNB最鲜明的特点是提出了"综合用水值"概念,强调评价建筑对水资源和水环境带来的双重压力,并以此为核心思想,从措施上体现在器具节水、雨污水的就地处理利用,充分体现了其对建筑可持续性的关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 The green building is in a worldwide boom phase. Green building rating systems has greatly promoted the development of green buildings. As well known,the second generation of green building rating system-the German Sustainable Building Council( DGNB) certification system has broadened and developed the green building rating system. In this paper,the DGNB’s evaluation criterions for building water system was introduced,involving the water-saving,water reuse,and environmental water body protection. It was considered that the"water use value"was the most distinctive feature of the DGNB certification system. It focused on both the water resource pressure and the water environment pressure caused by the buildings. Base on this sustainably concept,DGNB certification system was promoted to use the water-saving devices and on-site facilities for the treatment and reuse of wastewater and rainwater.更多还原
