【摘要】 住宅专项维修资金对保障住宅安全和延长建筑寿命起着重要作用。通过对广州6个中心城区40条街道的问卷调查,发现住宅专项维修资金使用中存在的使用率低、耗时过长、紧急使用范围不明确、保值增值渠道单一等问题。对此提出政府适当介入、立法明确紧急情形、创新投票表决方式和进行多元化投资等规范和优化维修资金使用的对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The property maintenance funds is playing significant role in the security and service life of residence. Based on questionnaire data from 40 subdistricts in 6 districts of Guangzhou,finds out that there are many problems concerning its usage,namely,low utilization rate,prolonged time,fuzzy range of emergency and single channel to preserve and increase the value. Thus some countermeasures are proposed to normalize and optimize the usage of the property maintenance fund,such as appropriate government intervention,explicit legislation to specify emergency,innovation of voting,diversified investment and so on.更多还原
